By using the nexlogic.in website or engaging Nexlogic LLP ("Nexlogic") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Services
Nexlogic provides software development services, including SaaS product development, web application development, website development, mobile app development and related maintenance and support. The specific scope, timeline and pricing for any project are defined in a separate proposal or agreement before work begins.
Estimates & Quotes
Estimates provided through this website are preliminary and based on the information you share. Final scope and pricing are confirmed after a discovery conversation and documented in a project proposal.
Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom source code and deliverables created specifically for your project transfers to you once the project is delivered and paid for in full. Nexlogic retains the right to reuse general-purpose tools, libraries and know-how developed independently of your project.
Confidentiality & NDAs
We treat project details shared with us as confidential. We're also happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before discussing sensitive details of your project.
Payments
Payment terms, milestones and methods are agreed upon in the project proposal or contract prior to work starting.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexlogic is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
